| |
Mr. Kirwin is a University of California certified mediator, a California Superior Court appointed mediator, arbitrator and judge pro tem, with over 18 years of litigation experience. Mr. Kirwin handles complex disputes involving construction, products, personal injury, homeowner associations, contracts, business, employment, property/real estate, medical malpractice, environmental toxic torts/pollution, and insurance related issues. He also conducts international facilitation and conflict resolution. Mr. Kirwin was born in Bermuda. Mr. Kirwin received his Bachelor of Arts in History with honors from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law while at the same time receiving his U.S. citizenship. Mr. Kirwin is married and has two children. He has traveled extensively in S.E. Asia, India and South America doing humanitarian field work as the founder of the Kirwin International Relief Foundation. Mark Kirwin is the Asian Coordinator for Mediators Beyond Borders and works on climate change issues and policy.
